About Me

I’m a Counselling Psychologist, registered with the Health & Care Professions Council and a chartered member of the British Psychological Society. I worked in the NHS for 7 years, providing assessments and psychological therapy. I’m experienced in helping people with a wide range of difficulties, including anxiety and depression. I've a special interest in identity as well as helping people manage long-term health conditions, and major life changes. I respect all aspects of difference and diversity.

I did my training at City University in London and my research focused on identity. I’ve worked in the NHS in Cambridgeshire in the Psychological Wellbeing Service (IAPT) and secondary care mental health teams for adults and older adults. I've been a member of the Ethics Committee for the British Psychological Society.
