Sessions with me take place sat on a bench at a nature reserve in St Neots or a green space in Cambridge. This provides a different experience than being inside and can change how engaging in therapy feels. There are also multiple benefits to our wellbeing from being in nature.
My service is supportive and compassionate, and I provide therapy which is suited to your individual needs. There are different types of psychological therapy. I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and counselling. Sometimes I also incorporate mindfulness techniques. I'll explain how these therapies work and ask about your preferences. This will help us decide whether CBT or counselling is best suited to you and the difficulty you are currently having.
Appointments are 50 minutes and usually weekly or fortnightly. I provide individual and couples therapy to people aged 18 and over.
I offer a free 30-minute initial consultation by telephone. After this, each appointment costs £100.
